- Use a secure device and environment to perform the recovery. ==> RESTORING WALLET IN TRUST WALLET Using Recovery Phrase:
1. Download and Install Trust Wallet
- Available on [iOS App Store](https://apps.apple.com/app/trust-wallet/id1288339409) and [Google Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wallet.crypto.trustapp).
2. Open Trust Wallet
3. Tap on "Import Wallet"
- On the welcome screen, select "I already have a wallet" or "Import Wallet
4. Choose "Recovery Phrase"
- Select the option to restore using your Recovery Phrase.
5. Enter Your Recovery Phrase
- Carefully type or paste the 12 or 24-word phrase in the correct order.
- Confirm and proceed.
6. Create a Strong Password
- Set a new password for local access.
7. Access Your Wallet
- Your wallet and assets will be restored.
Using Private Key:
1. Open Trust Wallet
2. Tap on the "+" icon or "Add Wallet"
3. Select "Import Wallet"
4. Choose "Private Key"
5. Enter Your Private Key
- Paste your private key for the specific coin/token you want to access.
6. Name Your Wallet/Account
7. Access Your Assets

- Visit the URL or Download the app stated in the Log
- Enter the necessary information as provided in the Log Note: You may be prompt for Verification on Email for some bank logs. Check if the bank log have email access to finish any verification.

- Visit any Payment or App where the Credit Card is to be use
- Enter the Card Number, Expiring Date and CV2 as stated on the Card Log
- Enter Billing information if available on the Card Log Purchased
- Enter 3D Secure Secret Code on prompt if also available on the Card Log Purchased Note: Some Card Log are 2D Card and some are 3D Card. All 3D Cards are provided with the 3D Secure Secret Code.

- Visit Paypal.com
- Enter the Email or Phone Number as provided in the Log
- Enter the Password as provided in the Log which is Case Sensitive
- Click the Login Button Note: Some Login we prompt for verification on Email. See Purchase Log if Email Access is available.
==> PREPARE YOUR RDP LOG LOG
Information available for RDP Logs are IP address or hostname, Username and Password
STEPS: ==> Open Remote Desktop Connection:
1. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
- Type mstsc and press Enter.
2. Alternatively, search for "Remote Desktop Connection" in the Start menu.
==> Enter the Remote Computer's Address:
- In the "Computer" field, type the IP address or hostname of the remote Windows machine.
- Click Connect.
==> Enter Credentials:
- When prompted, enter your username and password.
- If your account is part of a domain, include the domain (e.g., DOMAIN\username).
==> Accept Certificates (if prompted):
- You may see a warning about the identity of the remote computer.
- Click Yes to proceed if you trust the connection.
==> Access the Remote Desktop:
- You should now be connected to the remote Windows machine.
